Professionals eligible for registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) — a mandatory requirement for both posts. Existing SCE registration is a strong advantage.

The following certifications are mandatory for both posts: NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, First Aid, and Basic Life Support (BLS). All certificates must be valid. A 2-year safety diploma is also mandatory. Saudi Aramco approval is an added advantage.
The application fee is Rs. 500/-. A Bank Challan for this amount must be generated through the OEC portal at the time of online application submission and attached with the application. Challans purchased from agents or elsewhere will not be accepted.
For Safety Officer: minimum 5 years of relevant safety management experience is required. For Safety Supervisor: minimum 10 years of relevant safety supervision experience is required. Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred for both posts.
The salary package for each position will be finalised at the time of interview, along with other terms and conditions as per the KSA client company’s policy. OEC has not disclosed a fixed salary figure in Advertisement No. 190.
