About MALC Jobs 2026
MALC Jobs 2026 offer a compelling opportunity for healthcare, finance, and project management professionals to serve a purpose greater than a salary — joining Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre (MALC), one of Pakistan’s oldest and most respected humanitarian organisations. If you are looking for meaningful work in Karachi, MALC Jobs 2026 may be the right step for you.
MALC operates across multiple fields including eye care, leprosy control, disability rehabilitation, and community health. What sets MALC apart is its legacy of service without discrimination. Professionals who join MALC become part of a team dedicated to breaking down barriers to healthcare access for Pakistan’s most vulnerable communities. Pro Tips for Applicants
The May 16, 2026 deadline is very close. Submit your application immediately — email delivery delays, attachment issues, and server problems are common near deadlines.
Have degree certificates, HEC verification, pharmacist license, PNC registration, CNIC, and experience letters ready as scanned PDFs before you begin composing your application email.
Don’t send a generic CV. Highlight skills directly relevant to your post: paediatric techniques for the Paediatric Optometrist, audit firm experience for the Internal Auditor, MS Project tools for the Project Coordinator.
Monitor www.malc.org.pk for any updates, corrections, or shortlist announcements related to MALC Jobs 2026.
MALC specifically requires HEC-verified BVS qualifications for Optometrist and Project Coordinator posts. Attach your HEC verification letter along with your degree — missing it may result in rejection at screening.
A valid pharmacist registration/license is a mandatory requirement for the Senior Pharmacist post. Ensure your license is current and attach a scanned copy with your application.
For the Internal Auditor role, MALC prefers Top 10 firm articleship experience. Clearly mention the firm name, duration, and your audit specialisation on your CV — it significantly strengthens your application.
When emailing hr@malc.org.pk, use a specific subject like: “Application — Project Coordinator (Post 7) — [Your Name]”. Vague subjects risk being missed or archived by HR.
