- Nationality: Pakistani national
- Minimum Matric Requirement: C-grade in Matric (Science) is mandatory for ALL trades — even if holding a higher qualification
- Degree Holders NOT Eligible: Engineering Degree and Post-Graduation Degree holders cannot apply for any trade
- Qualification Recognition: All qualifications (FSc, DAE, B.Tech, B.Sc) must be from a government-recognised institute or polytechnic with at least 2nd division
- Maximum Age: 25 years as of 28 February 2027
- Multiple Post Restriction: A candidate cannot apply for more than one post in the entire project
- Gender: Both Male and Female; some trades are designated Female only (HSE Technicians, Computer Operator)
- TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance is provided for test/interview attendance
