A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, program implementation, or community development, preferably in the non-profit or social welfare sector with a focus on disability.
Assistant Director (Administration)

A Bachelor’s degree (16 years education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
💼 Experience Required
A minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, human resources, procurement, or general management, preferably in a public sector or non-profit organization.
Assistant Director (Research, Data & Evaluation)

A Bachelor’s degree (16 years education) in Statistics, Data Science, Sociology, Public Health, or a related field.
💼 Experience Required
A minimum of 2 years of experience in data collection, statistical analysis, survey design, or research methodologies, particularly in social surveys or health assessments.
