Pro Tips for Applicants
The June 10 deadline is firm and the Punjab Job Portal can get congested near closing time. Submit your online application at least 5 days early to avoid technical delays.
Have scanned copies of all degrees, CNIC, domicile, PRC, experience certificates, and photograph ready before opening the Punjab Job Portal. Missing documents cause incomplete applications.
Highlight programming languages, frameworks, project types, and M&E experience relevant to your target post. A generic CV rarely gets shortlisted for specialised government positions.
Monitor jobs.punjab.gov.pk and the DG M&E website for shortlist announcements, test/interview dates, and any changes to requirements.
Online submission alone is not sufficient. Printed hard copies with attested documents must reach the DG M&E office within 8 working days after June 10. Courier them early to be safe.
Only experience acquired after completing your minimum required qualification counts. Any work done before your degree completion will be excluded during verification — be accurate in your application.
Obtaining an NOC from your department can take 2–4 weeks. Initiate the process immediately — your application is incomplete and will be rejected without it.
The advertisement specifically states that the name of the post applied for must be clearly written on top of the envelope for hard copy submissions. Not doing so risks your application being missed.
