- Associate Professor (BPS-20): Ph.D. from HEC-recognised institution; 10 years experience (2 years teaching) OR 5 years post-Ph.D.; minimum 10 publications with 4 in last 5 years in HEC journals; age up to 45 years
- Assistant Professor (BPS-19): Ph.D. in relevant field from HEC-recognised university; age up to 45 years
- Instructor (BPS-17): 16-year education in Computer Science / Software Engineering / System Engineering / Mathematics from HEC-recognised institution; age up to 45 years
- Assistant Director QEC (BPS-17): 16-year education from HEC-recognised institution; minimum 3 years relevant experience; age 24–35 years
