Eligibility Criteria
- All candidates must have degrees from HEC-recognised universities — degrees not recognised by HEC will not be considered for any position
- For Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor: PhD from HEC-recognised university; experience and publications as per HEC appointment criteria
- For Lecturer / Junior Lecturer / Senior Lecturer: MS/MPhil from HEC-recognised university; as per HEC criteria for respective rank
- For Management Sciences (Lecturer/Senior Lecturer): 18 years of education including MBA/MS with ACCA, CMA, MS in Business Analytics, or equivalent qualifications with MS in Project Management
- For Law (Assistant Professor): LLM from foreign (preferably UK) or HEC-recognised university; suspension of legal practice license upon joining is mandatory
- For Education (Lecturer): MS/MPhil with specialization in Education or Educational Leadership
- For Senior Software Engineer: MS in CS or related field; 3 years development experience; proficiency in ASP.Net, .Net Core, MVC, JavaScript, SQL Server
- For Assistant Controller / Assistant Manager: Master degree (18 years); 5 years relevant experience in respective domain
- For Lab Engineers: BS in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related discipline from HEC-recognised institution
