Age Limit
General Age Limit and Relaxation: 18 to 25 years. A general age relaxation of 5 years is applicable to all candidates. Additional relaxation may be granted to government employees as per government policy.
Educational Qualifications by Post
- Constable & Driver posts — Matriculation (2nd Class) from a recognised Board of Education
- LDC, UDC & Stenotypist — Intermediate from a recognised Board of Education
- ASI & Sub Inspector — Intermediate or Graduation depending on post

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through the following stages. All stages are mandatory and must be passed in sequence:

- Physical Fitness Test — Height, chest, and 1.6 km running test (for field posts: Constable, ASI, Sub Inspector)

- Background & Character Verification — Police clearance and background investigation for all selected candidates
