Educational Qualifications
- Sales & Development / COCO / Consumer Sales / QHS&E / NFR posts — Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry or relevant field from an HEC-recognised university
- Terminal Operations (Executive) — Engineering Degree preferred
- Terminal Operations (Senior Officer) — DAE or B-Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical discipline
- Master’s Degree holders will be preferred for Senior Executive and Area Executive roles
Experience Requirements
- Senior Executive (Retail Sales & Development) — 07 to 10 years of relevant experience
- All other positions — 03 to 05 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience with reputable Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) will be given preference
Other Requirements
- Degree from an HEC-recognised university with proven competencies in the relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, result-oriented and highly professional attitude
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently in respective field
